About
Here’s a few things about me:
In NY, I took the usual route of waiting tables, auditioning. I ate a lot of peanut butter and tuna fish (but not at the same time)! And then one of my teachers suggested “With that adorable big mug of yours, you should be on TV - Go west young man.” So, to La La land I went.
In LA I did a lot of Civic Light Operas which led to my first national tour, PETER PAN with Cathy Rigby which then led me right back to New York for my first Broadway show, of you guessed it, PETER PAN with Cathy Rigby. When I finally left Neverland (because all children eventually grow up) I headed back to LA where I did several television shows and commercials. Indie films you can see me in BAD DOG & SUPERHERO in the role of Humble God, which won Best Screenplay Award & Best Director’s nomination at the Calgary Film Festival. You can also see me inSEXGUNSMONEY@20 in the role of Fortune Cookie (no, I wasn’t playing an Asian kid). I started writing screenplays and with the help of friends I wrote, produced and starred in my first short film A NOTHING KINDA DAY. Because I kind of resemble him,(or so I've been told) I’ve played Gary Coleman on television not once but twice! First in the FOX TV movie DIFF’RENT STROKES: WHEN THE LAUGHTER STOPPED and then again in the NBC TV movie BEHIND THE CAMERA: THE UNAUTHORIZED STORY OF DIFF’RENT STROKES. I’ve worked with the amazingly talented Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele on three episodes of their COMEDY CENTRAL TV show KEY & PEELE.
Utilizing my dance performance background, I entered the world of motion capture animation working with the Jim Henson Company on the multiple Emmy award-nominated PBS Children’s Television Series SID THE SCIENCE KID playing the roles of Gerald and Baby Zeke for 68 episodes.
Currently, I just wrapped the 5th season of my latest project with Henson, Netflix’s Animated Children’s Television Series WORD PARTY, playing Kip and Bailey.
But it’s not all just about the performing and writing for me. Oh no my friends, I’m a much more well-rounded person with other interests. I like to ski, I can ride a horse, I love to travel, I’ve been to many European countries (some twice), I love Australia and I’m not too bad at archery! My guilty pleasure is cooking! I wanted to go to Le Cordon Blue, not to be a chef but, because I love throwing dinner parties for my friends and family! I’m an ever-changing entity my friends. Stay tuned to see what happens next!
- I’m an island boy from St. Croix who went to seek enlightenment in the form of higher education at the University of Detroit.
- I earned a BFA double major in Theater and Dance and then made a hasty retreat to the island of Manhattan (once an island boy, always an island boy)
